摘要
目的 探讨选择素在膀胱癌表达的意义。方法 应用流式免疫法对45例膀胱癌标本的选择素表达进行研究。结果 选择素在膀胱癌中呈高表达,在正常膀胱组织中呈低表达。转移性膀胱癌中P和E选择素的表达明显高于非转移性膀胱癌。结论 选择素不仅介导血小板、白细胞等,在膀胱癌的发病及转移中亦起重要作用。
Objective To investigate the expression of selectin and its significance in human bladder carcinoma. Methods The expression of selectin in 45 cases of bladder cancer was analysed quantitatively with flow cytometry and im-munofluorescence staining technique. Results Selectin was highly expressed in human bladder carcinoma, whereas little was expressed in normal baldder tissue. The expressions of P-and E-selectin were higher in human metastatic bladder carcinoma than in primary bladder cancer. Conclusion Selectin not only mediates platelet and leukocytes, but also plays an important role in metastasis of bladder carcinoma.
