活性炭负载镧催化合成乙酸丁酯的研究 被引量:7

摘要 研究活性炭负载镧为酯化催化剂合成乙酸丁酯。探讨了负载温度、原料比例、催化剂用量、反应时间、催化剂重复使用效果等因素对酯化率的影响 ,确定了较佳的工艺条件 ,催化剂为 0 8g ,醇酸比为(2~ 2 5 ) :1,反应时间为 2h ,最高酯化率可达 98 89%。 The activated carbon carried La 3+ was used as catalyst for the synthesis of n-butyl acetate.It was researched that the temperature of catalyst, acid-alcohol rate,time,quantity and repeated application of catalyzese had influenced upon yield of esterification reaction. The influent actors of reaction were investigated.The results showed that the appropriate should be: weight of catalyst was 0.8g;molar ratio of n-butanol to ethanoic acid was 2:1; reaction time was 2h;the highest yield of n-butyl acetate was about 98.89%.
