摘要
本文围绕《防治煤与瓦斯突出细则》中关于钻孔瓦斯涌出初速度法预测煤层掘进工作面的突出危险性的规定,以部分局矿实际情况为基础,对有关测试规定和参照指标的确定提出了不同看法,并初步作了理论解释,对煤矿防突工作和今后《细则》修改具有一定的参考价值。
This paper discusses some regulations concerning coal and gas prediction using initial drilling hole gas emission rate in the Detailed Regulations on Coal and Gas Outbursts Prevention. On the basis of practical situations in a few coal mines and previous discussions, different views on measurement regulations and determination of referring index were put forward and primary explanations were given. It is of practical importance to both coal and gas preventing operations in coal mines and the revision of the regulations in the future.
