摘要
本文介绍以机车万向轴驱动系统各驱动单元的基本运动关系、轮轨相互作用特性及传动装置的驱动特性为基础,建立了适用于各种布置型式的万向轴驱动系统动力学计算通用方程。并分析了机车万向轴驱动系统的几种主要振动型式,包括系统的自由振动、机车正常牵引时的振动、轮轨摩擦振动及粘滑振动。
In this paper, based on the basic motion relation of drive elements of locomotive cardan shaftdrive systems, wheel/rail interaction and drive characteristics of the transmission mechanism, thegeneral equations to be used in the dynamic calculation for such drive systems of different arrangementforms are established. Applying these equations, the author analyses the systems,several principalvibration types, free vibration characteristics, vibration frequency and mode while the locomotivedraws, friction vibration as well as the stick-slip vibration between wheel and rail。
