摘要
本实验用稀盐酸脱除了虾壳中无机盐成份，用稀氢氧化钠溶出了虾壳中的蛋白质，浓氢氧化钠脱去了甲壳素中的乙酰基。探讨了可溶性甲壳素制备的最佳条件，为虾壳的综合利用和环境保护寻出了一条途径。
Inorganic salts in shrimp shell are removed with dilute hydrochloric acid,proteins in shrimp shell are dissolred with dilute sodium hydroxide,acetyl in chitin is removed with concentracted sodium hydroxide.The optimal conditions for soluble chitin preparation method is investigated and this method is practical way to comprehensive use of shrimp shell and enuironmental protection.
