菊杀合剂和氰马合剂在甘蓝上的消解动态和最终残留量测定

摘要 用气相色谱法测定了菊杀合剂与氰马合剂在甘蓝上的消解动态和最终残留量。消解动态测定结果表明:在甘蓝上马拉硫磷消解速度最快,杀螟松次之,氰戊菊酯最慢。它们的半衰期分别为0.35天,1.4天和4天。最终残留量测定结果说明:在甘蓝生长期喷洒菊杀合剂或氰马合剂两次,最后一次喷药距采收间隔期为15天,收获甘蓝中的氰戊菊酯,杀螟松和马拉硫磷的残留量不会超过允许的残留量标准。 GC-9A equipped with ECD was used to measure the degradation and residue of the combinations of fenvalerate with fenitrothion and Malathion in wild cabbage. The results of analysis show:(1)The order of degradation's speed of 3 insecticides in wild cabbage was: Malathion>fenitrothion>fenvalerate. Their Halftimes were 0.35, 1.4 and 4.0 days respectively. (2)If the combination of fenvalerate with fenitrothion oder Malathion was used two times during the whole growth period of wild cabbage and the preharvest interval was 15 days, the residue of fenvalerate,fenitrothion and Malathion in the harvest wild cabbage was unable to exceed the allowed tolerances.
