摘要
应用氨利酮静脉制剂治疗慢性心功能不全,采用双盲随机对照。受试组72例,对照组64例。两组相比,在症状、体征,NYHA 心功能分级,多普勒超声测定的CI 值,M 超测定的CI 值,都以受试组为佳。两组治疗不良反应则无显著差别。对照组合并应用利尿剂、血管扩张剂者多于受试组,用药过程中利尿剂增量的多于受试组,减量的少于受试组,但两组地高辛的应用并无显著差别。中途停药5例均在对照组。
This double-blind,placebo-controlled,randomized study was carried on fromAugus,1990 to July,1991.136 patients were enrolled in the study.Among them,72 casesaged 56.4±12.3 years,were assigned to amrinone intravenous injection group(A),andthe other 63 cases aged 55.9±14.9 years to the placebo group(P).The results showedthat the amelioration of symptoms and signs including dyspnoca,haemoptysis,cyanosis,pulmonary rales,hepatomcgaly and bilateral edema of legs were much marked in group(A)than that in group(P).The effectivess rate as referred by the NYHA class ificationof cardiac function and cardiac index estmated from 2-DE and Doppler method were86.1% and 1.9% in group(A)vs 28.1% and 8.5% in group(P)respectively(P<0.5 and<0.005).No serious adverse effects of amrinone were observed.It is conclu ded thatamrinone ntravenous injection in treating congestive heart failure is favorably effectiveand safe.
