摘要 目的 分析慢性中耳炎及其并发症的高分辨率CT表现。方法 回顾性分析50例(60耳)慢性中耳炎患者的高分辨率CT表现,其中两例行MRI增强检查,并与手术所见及病理诊断对照。结果 鼓室腔内见软组织影52耳,听小骨受累51耳,鼓室、乳突内硬化斑形成14耳,面神经鼓室段受累5耳,迷路瘘1耳,骨化性迷路炎2耳。结论 高分辨率CT对诊断慢性中耳炎及其并发症以及指导临床治疗具有重要价值。 OBJECTIVE To analyze high resolutionCT findings of chronic media otitis.METHODS Highresolution CT findings of 50 patients with chronic me-dia otitis were analysed contrasted with pathology andsurgery,additional MRI was carried out in 2 patients.RESULTS Soft tissue were seen in tympanum in 52ears ;auditory ossicles involved in 51 ears; tympano-sclerosis in 14 ears ; tympanic segment of facialcanal were involved in 5 ears ;labyrinth fistula in 1ears and ossified labyrinthitis in 2 ears.CONCLUSIONHigh resolution CT can clearly demonstrate fine struc-tures of temporal bone ,and it is superior to conven-tional CT.High resolution CT is of great value in diag-nosis of chronic media otitis and its complicationsand in clinical treatment planning.[
