摘要
本文报告了1982年至1995年6月北京天坛医院神经外科手术处理的435例脑动脉瘤,72例术中破裂,占16.6%.术后7例死亡,手术死亡率为9.7%,手术致残率为47.2%.本组将动脉瘤术中破裂分为三组,即:分离动脉瘤前,分离动脉瘤以及放置动脉瘤夹时.本文讨论了术中动脉瘤破裂的处理及预防.
There were 72 cases (16. 6%) of in-traoperative aneurysms ruptured dealing with 435 patients randomized to surgical treatment between 1982 to 1995. Seven cases died postop-eratively. The mortality rate was 9. 7% , and the morbidity rate was 47. 2%. Intraoperative a-heurysm rupture usually occurred in three phases in this series, which were predissection and during dissection of the aneurysms and clip application. The management and prevention of in-traoperative aneurysm rupture was discussed.
