摘要
目的 探讨卵巢外腹膜浆液性乳头状癌的声像图特征及超声误诊原因 ,以减少B超误诊率。方法 对4例卵巢外腹膜浆液性乳头状癌的临床资料和超声检查结果进行回顾性分析。结果 4例患者均为老年妇女 ,平均年龄5 9岁 ,均有大量腹水 ,子宫萎缩、双卵巢正常 ,盆腹膜增厚 ,可有盆腔包块。结论 卵巢外腹膜浆液性乳头状癌有一定的声像图特征 。
Objective To study the ultrasonographic characteristics of extraovarin peritoneal serous papillary carcinoma (EPSPC) and the pitfalls.Methods The clinical data and ultrasonographic features of 4 EPSPC cases were retrospectively analyzed.Results 4 patients were all female with a average age of 59. Peritoneal incrassation, pelvic masses and ascites were the main ultrasonic features.Conclusion EPSPC appeared to be characteristic in ultrasound and this was helpful in clinical diagnosis of EPSPC.
