摘要
提出了一种基于互联网和手机支付的高速公路收费系统方案,该方案应用了人工智能技术来识别车牌号,通过对与车牌号绑定的手机号来实现手机支付,整个系统的智能化和信息化程度较高,并保证了系统的可靠性和缴费的便捷性。
A new scheme of the tolling system based on internet and mobile payment for expressway is presented. The license plate is recognized by artificial intelligence. The toll is completed with mobile telephone account related with the license plate. The whole system is automatic, intelligent and reliable.
