摘要
从环境保护、煤种适应性和煤利用效率方面阐述了洁净煤气化工艺的特点 ,介绍了德士古水煤浆气化和壳牌粉煤气化工艺 ,从煤种适应性、氧气消耗、碳转化率、热效率及合成气有效成分方面对这 2种工艺进行了对比。结果表明 ,壳牌煤气化是洁净煤气化技术的发展方向。
The characteristics of gasification process of clea n coal were described from the aspects of environmental protection,adaptation of coal kinds and utilization efficiency of coal,the Texaco water coal slurry ga sification process and Shell pulverized coal gasification process were introduce d,contrast was made for the two kinds of processes from the aspects of adaptat ion of coal kinds,oxygen consumption,carbon reformation rate,heat efficie ncy and effective components of synthesis gases. The result indicates that the S hell coal gasification process is the developmental direction of the clean coal gasification technology.
