银杏叶制剂对急性脑梗死患者血清内皮生长因子水平的影响 被引量:7

Effect of ginkgo biloba extract on the level of serum vascular endothelial growth factor in patients with acute cerebral infarction

摘要 目的:观察银杏叶提取物注射液对急性脑梗死患者血清血管内皮生长因子(vascularendothelialgrowthfactor,VEGF)水平的影响,探讨血清VEGF的水平与预后的关系。方法:将同一类型脑梗死患者随机分成对照组和治疗组,对照组按常规治疗方案,治疗组在病后第7天至第14天加用银杏叶提取物注射液,每天25mL静点。采用欧洲中风评分标准(ESS),评估患者病情及转归,分别于入院即时和第12周各进行1次,作出进一步的分析和结论。结果:治疗组患者第14天血清VEGF的水平为(272.96±8.86)μg/L,高于对照组(184.88±7.81)μg/L(P<0.05);治疗组和对照组脑梗死患者血清VEGF水平与病情转归的相关系数分别为0.05和0.07(P>0.05)。结论:银杏叶提取物可以延缓急性脑梗死患者血清VEGF水平的下降趋势。脑梗死患者血清VEGF水平与病情转归无明显关系。 AIM:To observe the effect of ginkgo biloba extract on the level of serum vascu lar endothelial growth factor(VEGF) in patients with acute cerebral infarction a nd to explore the relation between the level of serum VEGF and prognosis. METHODS:The patients with same cerebral infarction were randomized into contro l and treatment group. The subjects in the control group were treated with routi ne therapy, while those in the treatment group injected with 25 mL of ginkgo bil oba extract each day from the 7th day to the 14th day after onset. European Stro ke Scale(ESS) was performed to evaluate patients' condition and outcome at admis sion and 12 weeks later.The results were analyzed and concluded. RESULTS: On the 14th day, the level of serum VEGF was(272.96±8.86) μg/L for the control group and(184.88±7.81) μg/L for the control group(P< 0.05).The cor relation coefficients of serum VEGF level and outcome were 0.05 and 0.07 respect ively for the two groups(P >0.05). CONCLUSION:Ginkgo biloba extract can delay the decrease of serum VEGF level in the patients with acute cerebral infarction, but the level of serum VEGF has no remarkable correlation wit patients' outcome.
