摘要
常规重合闸方式不能识别线路瞬时故障与永久故障,当重合于严重永久故障时,会对系统造成严重影响。当故障相跳开后,健全相对故障跳开相存在电容耦合电压,对于瞬时故障,电容耦合电压较高;对于永久故障,电容耦合电压很低。依据故障相的电容耦合电压与所提出的按相顺序重合闸逻辑,提出了识别严重永久故障与瞬时故障的新方法及判别故障点熄弧的方法,实现无严重故障按相顺序重合。仿真结果证实了所提出的方案的可靠性与安全性。
The success of the auto-reclosing depends on reclosing on instantaneous faults and the extinction of the secondary arc. This paper presents a new approach to detect the extinction of the secondary arc. This paper also presents a new multi-phases auto-reclosing mode for double lines on the same pole, in order to avoid reclosing on phase to phase permanent faults. Theoretical analysis and simulation test show the proposed methods are effective.
