摘要
回流焊炉的工艺参数对于回流温度曲线及其关键指标具有显著的影响,本文采用正交实验法,对回流焊炉的工艺参数对回流温度曲线及其关键指标的影响进行了全面的研究,掌握了对回流温度曲线各个关键指标影响最大的工艺参数及其影响方向。
Parameters of reflow oven have distinct effect on reflow profile and its key specifications.The author adopted Taguchi method to study thoroughly how parameters of reflow oven influenced on reflow profile and found out the most important parameters of reflow oven and interactive results which impacted on each specification of reflow profile and needed to adjust finely further.
