摘要
随着可持续发展战略意识的深入人心,企业经营过程中各个环节面向环境的经营管理思想和策略的研究也广泛开展起来。文章提出基于粗糙集的供应商绿色评价理论,在该理论指导下对贯穿于供应商评价与选择全过程的评价指标进行“绿化”,运用粗糙集理论细化并量化供应商绿色评价体系中的评价准则和评价指标,将复杂的、模糊的、主观的推理评价过程转换为一连串客观的、量化的、程式化的问题求解活动,实现对供应商的科学评价和正确选择。
Along with the consciousness of sustainable development realized,researches on environment-oriented busi-ness management are widely carried out in the whole business process.In this paper,a supplier's green evaluation and selection architecture is established based on rough set theory.We not only carry the green concept through the evalua-tion and selction course,but afford qualitative principles and take quantitative factors into account.The complicated fuzzy evaluation process is simplified into a series of quantitative and standard problem solving activity,which to support the scientific evaluation and right decision.
