小麦新品种川麦42蛋白及酯酶同工酶分析 被引量:6

摘要 对川麦42的谷蛋白、醇溶蛋白和酯酶同工酶等3个生化性状进行了检测与分析。结果表明,川麦42与对照品种川麦107、川育12在蛋白质水平上存在遗传多样性。其高分子量麦谷蛋白亚基组成为1,6+8和2+12,品质评分为7分;醇溶蛋白等位基因变异类型为Gli A1a、Gli A1f、Gli D1k、Gli A2a和Gli D2r。川麦42与川育12和川麦107分别存在53 6%和50%的醇溶蛋白多态性带纹,而酯酶同工酶上未能检测到差异。6+8亚基的出现和醇溶蛋白带型均表明了人工合成种Syn CD768(Al tar84/Aegilopstauschii188)对川麦42的影响。川麦42的高分子量麦谷蛋白和醇溶蛋白特征图谱,可用于品种认定和保护。 Chuanmai 42 was analyzed on its biochemical character (i.e. glutenin, gliadin and esterase). The results showed that there were polymorphisms in biochemical characters comparing Chuanmai 42 with Chuanmai 107, and Chuanyu 12. Chuanmai 42 had 1, 6+8 and 2+12 HMW-subunits, Its quality grade was 7. 5. Gliadin alleles, including Gli-A1a、Gli-A1f、Gli-D1k、Gli-A2a and Gli-D2r,were identified in Chuanmai 42. It was also found that 50 % and 53.6 % polymorphisms existed between Chuanmai 42 and both Chuanmai 107 and Chuanyu 12, but there were no difference in esterase among all materials. The appearance of 6+8 subunit and some of the gliadin pattern were delivered from one of the Chuanmai 42 parent Syn-CD768, a CIMMYT synthetic hexaploid wheat Altar 84/Aegilops tauschii 188. The biochemical characters was gained in present experiment, and it may be a marker for variety recognition and protection.
