摘要
基于Bliss概率单位法,编写了用于计算半数致死量(LD50)的SAS程序(LD50-SAS)。该程序直接应用原始试验数据,调用SAS系统提供的内部函数,计算LD50及其置信区间,免去了查几率值表、权重系数表等繁琐过程。经验证:该程序效率高、计算速度快、结果精确可靠,是计算LD50及相关参数的可靠程序。程序以文本形式保存和运行,代码透明度高,易于检查和使用。
A SAS program to calculate median lethal dosage (LD_(50)) of pesticides, named LD50-SAS, was developed based on the algorithms established by Bliss. The program employs original experiment data and inner functions and procedures, supplied by SAS system, to calculate LD_(50) and related parameters; hence it avoids the annoyed processes of looking up probit and weighting coefficient tables. Validating results revealed that LD_(50)-SAS is a reliable and efficient program of calculating LD_(50)and its related parameters. The calculating results of LD_(50)-SAS are reliable and accurate. The program was provided in text mode, so it was easy to edit and easy to used. Most importantly, the algorithms of the program were unconcealed and easy to be checked.
