摘要
邓小平的侨务思想是邓小平科学理论体系的一个组成部分 ,也是新时期侨务工作的理论依据和行动指南。文章从三个方面论述了邓小平的侨务思想 ,包括拨乱反正与落实政策、发挥华侨作用谋取发展、凝聚侨力实现祖国统一。 2 0多年的实践证明 ,邓小平的侨务思想具有鲜明的务实性和时代性 ,对于推进我国改革开放和现代化建设、促进中国和平统一和发展我国与各国人民的友好关系 。
Deng Xiaoping's thought of the overseas Chinese affairs is not only a part of Deng Xiaoping Theory system, but also the academic basis and guide of the overseas Chinese affairs in the new age. This paper deals with Deng Xiaoping's thought of the overseas Chinese affairs from three aspects, including overturning the wrongs and rebuilding the justice, implementing the policies and bringing the overseas Chinese into play in order to develop and unite our country. Through more than 20 years' practice, it proves that, Deng Xiaoping's thought of the overseas Chinese affairs is very practical and focusing on the current issues. It plays a very important part in promoting our country's reform and opening policy, and the modernization construction, leading the Chinese people to unite our country peacefully and develop the amity relationship with other countries.
