摘要
物流(Logistes)一词源于古希腊(Logistike或Logistes),后来演变成拉丁语(Logista)和法语(Logistique)最后又落脚于英语(Logistics).美国物流管理协会(Council of Logistics Management,简称CLM)对物流定义为:为了满足顾客需要而对原材料、半成品、产成品及相关信息从产地到消费地高效率、低成本流动和储存而进行的规划、实施、控制的过程.
The logistics environment and operation are very important factors of influencing the food safety. From raw materials to distribution are all influenced by the food security hygiene to circulate. In order to meet customer's demand, it needs logistics chain to control every link.
