摘要
准确、快速地故障诊断及事故后恢复对缩短停电时间、提高供电可靠性有重要意义。文章提出了基于正反向推理的电网故障诊断新方法,它利用来自SCADA系统的开关和保护动作信息,经过正反向推理,就可找到若干条最有可能故障的线路,并按照故障可能性大小将线路排序,而且计算简单,实现方便。仿真计算结果证实了方法的有效性。
Fault diagnosis is crucial for reducing the outage time and enhancing power supply reliability. In this paper, a novel fault diagnosis method based on forward and backward inference is proposed for transmission network. Using the information of protective relays and circuit breakers from SCADA, the proposed system can find out all the lines which are most possible to have a fault and ranking them by the corresponding possibilities. Moreover, the inference process is simple and easy to be realized. Computer simulation results demonstrate the validity of the proposed method.
