摘要 在进行初生气蚀诊断的实验过程中发现,在液压系统中,当初生气蚀出现时,_在泵的出口处或节流阀的下游管道中的压力信号的低频成分分量的能量占总能量的比例会出现突然增大的倾向。这种伴随初生气蚀出现的低频压力脉动与初生气蚀紧密相连,利用此特征可进行液压元件初生气蚀的诊断;本文在实验的基础上,从波动能量传播的角度来揭示初生气蚀的内在机理。 From the experiments on piston pumps and throttle valves in cavitation, devoloping course, the author has noticed that, once cavitation occurs in pump or valve, the energy percentage of low frequency components increased suddenly in the total energy of the pressure fluctuation signals sensed in the outlet of the pump or the downstream of the valve, The mechanism of incipient cavitation accompanied with low frequency components energy increase of pressure fluctuation is complex, from the viewpoint of encrgy transmission of the pressure fluctuation wave in hydraulic system, a preliminary theoretical analysis is made in this paper.
