摘要
根据“看”的技术不同 ,微创技术可以分为两类和三种。目前 ,微创技术正处于以内镜、腔镜、介入X -线、介入超声以及微创化外科技术为主的技术发展阶段。展望未来 ,微创技术可能出现三种发展趋势 :( 1)现有技术的进一步完善、提高 ;( 2 )现有不同技术的相互融合 ;( 3 )
According to the way of “seeing' in the difference procedures, the min imally invasive techniques can be divided into two classifications and three kin ds. So far, the minimally invasive procedures mainly include endoscopic, laparos copic, interventional radiologic and interventional ultrasounic techniques, as w ell as approaches of minimally invasive open surgery. In the future, there will be three kinds of directions, which are the improvement of the existing procedur es, the unitization of the different minimally invasive techniques and the inven tion of brand-new minimally invasive procedures.
