摘要
以乙酰丙酸为原料,通过溴代,环化等反应,制备了2-巯基-4-甲基-5-噻唑乙酸。考察了各种反应条件对反应收率的影响,其中溴代产物总收率超过90%,总收率达到70%。
2-mercapto-4-methyl-1,3-thiazol-5yl-acetic was prepared by using 4-oxo-pentanoic as main material. The affect of varies reaction conditions to the reaction yield was considered. The yield of the bromide is more than 90%, total yield reaches up to 70%.
