摘要
对以催化重整装置为龙头装置的石脑油加工流程和工艺技术中的一些问题进行了探讨 ,提出对以汽油为目的产品的汽油型石脑油加工流程 ,可进行如下的调整和优化 :设置轻烃异构化装置 ;采用石脑油全馏分加氢工艺流程 ;适当提高加氢压力 ;优化重整操作苛刻度等。对以芳烃为目的产品的石脑油加工流程即芳烃联合装置流程可进行的调整和优化有 :异构化催化剂的选用 ;联产邻二甲苯 ;在异构化单元脱庚烷塔后增设循环塔 ;视具体情况决定是否设置歧化单元。同时指出 ,在综合平衡全厂汽油质量情况下 ,也可考虑将催化裂化汽油重馏分作为重整原料。
Problems existing in naphtha processing schemes and technology that take catalytic reformer as the major unit have been explored. It is pointed that the following adjustment and optimization can be carried out for the processing scheme aimed at gasoline: Setting up light hydrocarbon isomerization unit, adopting whole naphtha hydrogenation processing, properly increasing hydrogenation pressure and optimizing reformer operation severity; As for the processing scheme aimed at aromatics, i.e. aromatics combination unit, the adjustment and optimization are as follows: Selecting isomerization catalyst, co-producing o-Xylene, setting up a circulating tower followed the de-heptane tower of isomerization unit and setting up disproportionation unit according to the concrete conditions. In addition, it is proposed that heavy naphtha of FCC unit can be used as feedstock for the reforming unit when the whole refinery gasoline quality has been comprehensively balanced.
