摘要
利用数值模拟的方法研究了一种单简单级气升式环流反应器内简流体流动状况,采用了k-ε二方程模型和欧拉模型模拟反应器中的湍流气液两相流动,得到了反应器内气含率和环流液速的详细分布状况。模拟结果表明,内筒中流体的流动不是以往研究认为的平推流,而是存在着较为强烈的涡旋和回流,这对气含率分布以及气液两相接触效果有很大影响,从而影响反应过程。
Numerical simulation of an airlift loop reactor with single tube and single stage was carried out for studying the flow of fluids in the inner tube. The standard κ-ε two-equation model and Euler multiphase flow model were used for the simulation of gas-liquid two-phase turbulent flow. All details of gas holdup and flow velocity distribution in the reactor were obtained. The simulation results showed that eddies and reversed flow were existed inside of the inner tube instead of former recognition as plug flow. This should be concerned because of their great effect on the gas holdup distribution and the contact of gas and liquid.
