髋臼骨折并发损伤的治疗及其预后功能

Treatment of acetabular fracture and its associated injuries and their prognosis of function

摘要 髋臼位置深在,解剖关系复杂,髋臼骨折为高速高能量损伤的关节内骨折,易导致多种并发损伤的出现,延误诊治。因此髋臼骨折能否得到及时合理的诊治是确保其预后良好的关键。目前主张手术治疗髋臼骨折,尤其对于有并发伤的髋臼骨折患者。影响髋臼骨折及其并发伤疗效的主要因素有损伤程度、手术复位时间及良好的复位固定术等。现就髋臼骨折及其常见种并发伤的治疗理论与实践作一综述。
