思想政治工作运用情感激励方法能够有效地调动人的积极因素,开拓人的内在潜力。运用情感激励可以从关心、尊重、信任人等方面着手,最终实现情感激励的目的。
With feelings encouragement,ideological political work can mobile the active factors and develop the latent potentialities of person effectively. Feelings encouragement can be performed from showing solicitude for、respecting and having confidence in people,and attain the objective of feelings encouragement eventually.
