摘要
本文用湿法对电镀污泥氨浸渣中铬的资源化利用进行了研究,试验表明采用酸溶氨浸渣,分离铁和铬,制备铬鞣剂,是可行的技术路线.
The present work presents some mothods for dissolving chromium in the am- moniacal leach residues and its possible types of products.It was evident from the experiment that chromium in the residues could be dissolved about 87.3% with hot water after alkali fu- sion,and iron in the sample could be removed significantly.The Cr(Ⅲ),however,was oxidized into Cr(Ⅵ),which was much more hazardous for the environment.It could also be seen that chromium in the residues could be dissolved by a strong acid simply and efficiently,from which eventual products are recommended as chromium leather tanning solution.This preliminary research indicated that high quality leather tanning solution might be reached by controlling certain conditions.More detailed investigation should be conducted in order to arrive at more quantitative conclusious.
