摘要
通过理论计算 ,从爆炸危险性、油品毒性和经济性方面论述了填料密封渗漏造成的危害 ,并对密封失效的原因进行分析 ,认为密封部位存在间隙 ,以及流经密封部位的介质压力过高 ,是造成填料密封装置渗漏的主要原因。提供了解决填料密封泄漏问题的方法 。
The hazard of leakage of pump packing seal is described from explosion, products toxicity and economy based on theory and calculation and the failure cause of packing seal is analyzed. Analytical results show that clearance in sealing position and high pressure in sealing position induced by flowing liquid are the ma-jor causes. The author provides some methods to eliminate the leakage of pump packing seal.
