摘要
虽然折面形抛物柱太阳能聚光器有效解决了聚光不均匀、加工费用高及银反射光层易脱落等长期存在的三个难题,而且对于圆柱体形受光面,其效果与理论上完全一致;但对于像光伏电池板这种平面式受光体,则存在着随α角增大聚光效果下降的现象。本文对此产生的原因进行了理论分析,提出了改进方法,并推导出一个实用的计算玻璃条宽度的通用公式,这些对于该产品性能的完善及工业化生产都具有重要的指导意义。
The zigzag parabolic trough for focusing solar radiation has the advantage of uniform light distribution, low costs and silver layer without peeling. The results are agreement with the calculation for the cylindrical absorber. However, for the flat surface as the solar cells, the 'α' angle increases with decreasing the performance of focusing sunlight. A universal formula was developed for calculating the width of glass strips, which is useful for developing the performance of the zigzag parabolic trough products.
