摘要
用PEG促融剂使经硫酸二乙酯灭活的黑曲霉(Aspergillus niger)AMS-11的原生质体与细胞分裂中期的啤酒酵母(Sacchuromyces cerevisiae)RasseⅫ原生质体融合,在选择性培养基上获得了能利用羧甲纤维素作唯一碳源的杂种酵母菌株FASS_1及FASC_1,经测定其DNA量、蛋白质电泳谱带、生长曲线和碳源同化等项目,它们均具有双亲菌株的特征性状。
The chromosome injured by DES of inactivated protoplasts of Aspergillus niger AMS-11 were transferred into metaphase cells of Saccharomyces cerevisiae Race Ⅶ by the protoplast fusion. Yeast hybrids FASS and FASC being capable of utilizing CM-cellulose as sole carbon source were obtained from the selective medium. The results showed that hybrids were different from parents S. cerevisiae and Aspergillus niger in DNA content, PAGE of body proteins, growth curve and carbon assimilation and so on.
