摘要
从Fraunhofer衍射理论的积分变换反演算法出发,提出了一种称为平均值法的烟尘颗粒浓度在线测量新方法。通过测量特定前向小角内光散射积分的强度即可获知被测烟尘的颗粒浓度。与目前常用的测量颗粒浓度的消光法比较,这种方法不需要预先获取颗粒的平均粒径。因此可以用于在线测量。文中用Fraunhofer衍射和Mie散射理论对这一新的测量方法进行了数值模拟验证,确认了该测量方法的正确性及它的适用范围,还进一步在粉尘发生器上进行了实时在线测量的研究,并采用等速采样法对测量系统进行了标定,从而验证了平均值法的可靠性和可行性。
A novel technique named mean method for online measuring the dust concentration is developed in this paper. It based on the theory of the particle diameter distribution function, and the integral transform inverse arithmetic of Fraunhofer diffraction theory, Compared with the extinction techniques, the new technique need not pre-required knowledge about the size of the particles in the flow. Numerical simulation by using the Fraunhofer diffraction and the Mie scattering theory also confirmed the validity of this technique and its applied range. The measurement system based on the method is calibrated by the Iso-Kinetic Sampling techniques and the on-line measurement investigation is also carried out on the experiment system. The results of these experiments prove that the mean method is reliable and feasible.
