摘要
根据Q6W— 2型低地板轻轨车整车设计要求 ,综合考虑了车体在使用、装配、模块化、轻量化、强度和刚度、工艺性、低地板等方面的问题 ,设计并研制了轻轨车的钢结构 ;用ANSYS分析软件对车体结构进行了分析、校验和修改 ;随后对实际车体所做的静强度试验表明 。
According to the design requirements on the integral Q6W-2 low floor LRV, the problems of car-bodies in such aspects as the application, assembly, modularization, lightening, strength and stiffness, technology, low floor, etc., are considered comprehensively. The LRV steel structure is designed and developed. The car-body structure is analyzed, checked and revised with the ANSYS analysis software. The following static strength test for the actual car-body shows that the car-body has met the corresponding technical requirements in every aspect.
