摘要
目的 :建立枇杷叶中熊果酸和齐墩果酸的含量测定方法。方法 :采用RP -HPLC法测定 ,色谱柱为ZorbaxODS柱 ,用甲醇 - 1%醋酸水溶液 (88∶12 )为流动相 ,检测波长为 2 15nm。结果 :熊果酸和齐墩果酸的平均回收率分别为 98.1% ,97.3% (n =3) ,RSD分别为 1.78% ,1.93% (n =3)。结论 :本法准确、灵敏、快速 ,可作为枇杷叶药材及其制剂的质量控制方法之一。
Objective:To develop a method for the determination of ursolic acid and oleanolic acid in leaf of Eriobotrya japonica. Method:The determination was carried out with RP-HPLC on Zorbax ODS column ( 4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) with methol-1%HAc solution (88∶12) as the mobile phase,and detect at a UV wave length of 215 nm. Results:The average recovery was respectively 98.1% and 97.3% (n=3),RSD 1.78% and 1.93% (n=3) for ursolic acid and oleanolic acid. Conclusion:This method is rapid,simple,accurate and good for the determination of ursolic acid and oleanolic acid in leaf of Eriobotrya japonica.
