摘要
在前人研究成果基础上，深入分析窦汉卿（金元时著名针灸家）的学术成就，评价其在针灸史上的学术地位与影响。认为窦氏的针灸学术思想主要有以下几点：（1）倡导毫针刺法.阐发标本根结理论;（2）善用交经八穴，发展了八脉交会穴理论;（3）阐发针刺补泻.整理规范了手指补泻具体操作方法;（4）阐释得气理论.强调治神;（5）用穴精当,善用特定穴。
Based upon the research achievements of the predecessors , the profound analysis of Dou Hanqing's academic achievements (a famous acupuncturist in the Jin and Yuan Dynasties) was conducted to assess his academic position and influence in the history of Chinese acupuncture and moxibustion. The author believes that there are mainly the follwing points in Dou's academic thoughts of acupuncture and moxibustion: (1 )proposal of the needling techniques with the filiform needle, expication of theory of Branch and Root, Origin and Ehd, (2 ) skillful application of eight points of the intersecting meridians and development of the theory of confluent points of the eight meridians , (3 ) explication of the needling tonification and sedation, standardization of the concrete application of the needling techniques for manual tonification and sedation, (4) explanation of the theory of qi arrival and emphasis on treatment of the mind, (5) precise use of the points and skillful use of the specific points.
