摘要 目的:提高供皮区愈合质量。方法:①应用皮鼓切取人体不同部位中厚或厚中厚皮肤,施以不同覆盖方法,根据组织学、肉眼观察和患者自评等方法对疗效进行判断;②观察取皮前皮下注液与不注液对供区愈合有无影响;③对肥胖等中小面积深度烧伤患者采用去脂得皮封闭创面。结果:①不同覆盖方法中以自体微粒-桀亚敷料皮或自体微粒-生物敷料效果较好。取皮前皮下注液有利于供皮区愈合;②去脂得皮可获"双赢"效果。结论:对于中厚或厚中厚供皮区采用自体微粒-桀亚敷料皮或自体微粒皮-生物敷料进行覆盖、术前常规皮下注液后取皮、对中小面积深度烧伤采用去脂得皮法等均有助于提高供皮区愈合质量。 Objective : To miprove the cure quality of the skin supplying area. Methods : ①To cut the middle thickness or high thickness skin on the different place of human body using Drum Type Skin Taking Machine, We apply different coverage way in the observation group and comparison group. According to the results of the recovery time, histology, naked eye observation and the patient's self estimation we judge the treatment effect. ②To cut skin by using the method of water injection and non -water injection under skin correspondingly in observation group and comparison group we observe water injection influence to the supplying area. ③For fatty, middle-aged and old patients who suffer deep burn with small wound area , we use fat-removal skin to cover the wound area. Results : ①Among the different coverage methods, iuseing biological dressing (or Jieya Skin Dressing) together with self particular skin, can achieve a better effect. Water injection under the skin before cutting will be helpful to the recovery of the skin supplying area. ② Fat removal skin has mutually - gain effects. Conclusion: For the middle thickness or high thickness skin supplying area, using biological dressing together with self particulars, injecting water under skin before cutting skin and using fat removal skin for middle aged and old patients or fatty patients or specially designated patients, will inprove the cure quality for the skin supplying area.
