摘要
目的探讨思密达在抢救口服有机磷农药中毒中的治疗作用。方法56例口服有机磷农药急性中毒患者分成2组,①对照组26例,进行常规洗胃导泄;②治疗组30例,在洗胃导泄后胃管内注入思密达;对照观察两组患者碱酯酶活力、病程、胃肠功能等。结果治疗组患者全血胆碱酯酶活力的恢复明显较对照组快,病程短,胃肠功能不全的发生率低。结论思密达对口服有机磷农药中毒患者有保护胃肠功能、阻止毒物吸收、促进胃肠功能恢复的作用。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Smecta on organophosphorus pesticide poisoning.Methods 56 patients were divided into two groups:①control group (26 patients) received conventional gastric lavage and catharsis;②The treatment group (30 patients) were given Smecta by gastric duct after conventional salvage;We observed serum acetylcholinesterase (AChE) activities,course of diseases and gastrointestinal function in two groups Results The recovery time of AChE and the course of diseases in the treatment group were significantly shorter than those of control group; the incidence of gastrointestinal function was also lower in the treatment group.Conclusion Smecta could protect gastriontestinal function of organophosphorus pesticide poisoning cases, prevent poison absorption and accelerate gastrointestinal function recovery.
