摘要
目的 为掌握中医肺气虚证的本质特征 ,对实验性肺气虚证大鼠气道病理组织学及超微结构进行观察 ,探讨实验性肺气虚证大鼠气道改变的客观量化指标。方法 将 5 0只大鼠随机分为对照组与模型组。模型组采用气管内注入脂多糖 (LPS) +烟熏方法造模 ,对照组仅向大鼠气管内注入 0 .9%氯化钠溶液。采用气道形态计量及气道病理观察指标与评分方法 ,进行统计分析 ,比较两组差异 ,并重点观察模型组大鼠气道超微结构改变。结果 模型组大鼠出现的症状、体征符合肺气虚证的证候特点。气道病理组织学及超微结构改变显示慢性支气管炎及肺气肿病变。模型组大鼠气管壁厚度及腺体厚度均明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ;气道病变的病理积分也高于对照组。两组差异有统计学意义。结论 实验性肺气虚证气道病理改变采用形态计量及观察指标评分法 ,是肺气虚证本质研究客观量化指标之一。
Objective To explore the guantitive indexes of airway changes of the rats with pulmonary qi deficiency syndrome and the basic gualities of the syndrome, we made the observtion of airway pathological histology in rats with pulmonary gi deficiency syndrome and the Superminuscular structure. Methods 50 Wistar rats were randomly divided into control group and model group. Model rats were made by using smoke and injecting LPS into trachea, 0.9% Nacl were injected into trachea in control rats. Airway pathological observation indexes and evaluation methods were used to analyze the differences between two groups.Results The symptoms of the rats in model group accorded with the gualities of pulmonary qi deficiency syndrome. Changes of airway pathological histology and superminuscalar structure demonstrated pathological changes of chronic bronchitis and pulmonary emphysema, The thickness of the trachea wall and trachea glandes of the rats in model group was obviously higher than that in control group, so did the pathology scores of airway pathological change. The above differences were significant. Conclusion A qantitive method of pathological shape measuement and pathological observation indexes can be used for airway pathological changes with pulmonary qi deficiency syndrome.
