摘要
在开工用异丁烷纯度不足的情况下,运用比较启发思维法,提出和应用新的开工方法,大幅度降低了对开工异丁烷纯度的要求,实现了硫酸法烷基化装置的顺利开工。实践表明,使用该法开工对异丁烷纯度要求可由98%降低到90%,同时具有安全可靠、控制稳定的特点。
A new method for sulfuric acid alkylation unit start up has been successfully adopted under the condition of inadequate iso butane concentration, so the requirement on iso butane purity for sulfuric acid alkylation unit start up has been greatly reduced and the unit has been smoothly started up. Practice shows that the needful iso butane purity has been reduced from 98% to 90% and the new method is characterized by safety, reliability and a stable control.
