深静脉置管化疗病人并发下肢深静脉血栓的预防与护理

摘要 深静脉血栓是指血液在静脉系统内不正常地凝结,造成静脉血液回流障碍,严重者致肢体坏死的一种急性疾病.肿瘤患者有易发生血液凝固的倾向[1],深静脉置管化疗后,静脉导管及化疗药物对血管内皮的刺激更易导致血栓形成.我科于2000年2月～2003年12月,共深静脉置管化疗肿瘤病人416例,其中发生下肢深静脉血栓10例,发病率2.4%.现将深静脉置管化疗病人并发下肢深静脉血栓的预防与护理体会报告如下.
