摘要
目的了解深圳市社区居民对社区卫生服务需求的现状,探讨其影响因素。方法从代表性社区中随机抽取2544名居民进行问卷调查,并进行单因素和多分类有序反应变量的Logistic回归分析。结果2544名居民中选择社区卫生服务机构就诊的占59.6%,对社区卫生服务知晓率为78.3%,认为有必要建社区卫生服务机构占87.7%;居民的社区卫生服务知晓程度与居民的户籍、文化程度和健康状况有关,而居民对社区是否设置社区卫生服务机构的态度与居民职业有关。结论社区卫生服务机构已成为该市大多数居民日常医疗保健就诊的主要卫生服务机构,应加大宣传力度。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the requirement of the community medical service and to explore the influence factors to the community residents in Shenzhen.METHODS 2 544 residents were taken at random from the representative communities in the city and surveyed by using questionnaire.Simple statistical method and ordinal logistic regression analysis were applied.RESULTS Among the 2 544 residents 59.6%chose the community medical center to seek medical advises,the perception rates of community medical service was 78.3%,the rate of recognizing it is necessary to have community medical center established in communities was 87.7%;the perception grade of community medical service were related to the residence,the cultural grade,occupation;while attitude of residents to build the community medical center was related to the occupation.CONCLUSION Community medical centers have formed the main organizations of medical service recognized by majority of inhabitants in the city and should give a great publicity to residents.
