摘要
目的 研究硝苯柳胺杀日本血吸虫尾蚴的活性及其预防感染的作用。 方法 将尾蚴置于硝苯柳胺药液中 ,测不同温度、不同浓度和不同时间尾蚴的死亡率 ;小鼠涂肤防护和口服预防试验 :即先给药 ,再经皮感染尾蚴 ,3 5d后解剖检虫。 结果 温度为 2 5℃～ 3 5℃时 ,硝苯柳胺水溶液浓度为 0 5～ 2 0mg/L ,分别在 8～ 3 2min内将尾蚴全部杀死 ;小鼠涂肤防护在 62 5 g/L以上 ,减虫率为 10 0 % ;小鼠口服 5 0 0和 10 0mg/kg减虫率分别为 3 9 5 %和 12 9%。 结论 硝苯柳胺是一种较强杀日本血吸虫尾蚴的杀蚴剂 ,其杀蚴作用随温度升高而增强 ,小鼠涂肤防护效果好 ,但口服预防效果差。
Objective To study the Cercaricidal and preventive action of Niphensamide. Methods All cercariae were exposed to various concentration of Niphensamide for observing cercariae situation of death or live.The skin of mice was smeared with Niphensamide for preventing mice from being infected with schistosoma japonicum cercariae.The oral preventive test of mice was done. Results The experimental results showed that this cercaricidal agent had strong cercaricidal activity which was strengthened along with the increase of temperature. At 25 ℃～35℃,all cercariae exposed to 0.5～2.0mg/l of Niphensamide for 8～32 min came to death.The reduction of adult worms in each group were 100% in the skin preventive test,but the oral preventive effect was bad. Conclusion Niphensamide,a molluscicide,has very strong cercaricidal activity and skin preventive action.
