摘要
应用 CHOP-BME 方案序贯给药治疗34例非何杰金型淋巴瘤,中高度恶性者30例(88.2%),总缓解率为93.8%,完全缓解率为58.6%。主要毒副反应为消化道反应,白细胞降低及脱发,但均不严重,少部分病人出现转氨酶升高及心电图改变。
The paper reports 34 cases of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma that were treated by CHOP-BME chemotherapy regimen.The patients were confirmed all by pathologic diagnosis.According of 1985 Chendu meet's classifications schedule of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma conducted classification,thirty of 34 cases were intermediate grade and high grade malignancy.The treatment time were all over 3 courses. The treatment results:total remission rate was 93.8%,and complete remission rate was 58.6%. The main side effects were gastrointestinal toxicity,dropping of WBC and trichomadesis.But the side effects were not severe.A few patients had SGPT rising and ECG changing.
