摘要
本文用改良的ASG法在4种不同地理来源的普通野生稻(Oryza rufipogon Griff.)的有丝分裂染色体上显示出G-带,并进行了G-带核型的比较分析。普通野生稻的核型为K(2n)=24=14m+6Sm+4St(2SAT),但m和Sm染色体在不同来源材料的第1,2,3,5,6对染色体上的分布位置不同。供试材料间有1~2对染色体的G-带带型明显不同。此外,对普通野生稻染色体的多态性等问题进行了讨论。
An improved ASG method of G-Band was usd in this study to make a comparison between mitotic chromosome G-B patterns and the corresponding karyotypes in 4 kinds of Oryza rufipogon Griff from different regions . Although the karyotypes in the 4 oryxa rufipogon Griff are the same,i. e. K(2n) = 24=14m + 6sm + 4st +(2SAT) ,yet the location of m and Sm chromosome in the first , second, tnird, fifth andsixth pair of chromosome of each is different . Moreover there is obvious diversity in G-Band patterns in one or two pairs of chromsomes of the experimental materials. The chromosome polymorphisms in Oryza rufipogon and some other problems are also dealt with in the present paper
