摘要
生物质粉体具有良好的燃烧性能,而且燃烧污染较轻。实验结果表明,当一次进风量为25m3/h、二次进风量为0 08m3/h左右时,最有利于粉体燃烧。粉体燃烧在实验所用的燃烧炉中主要以悬浮燃烧的方式进行,在燃烧12min左右后,炉膛温度可达1200℃以上。对粉体燃烧所产生的灰分进行分析,表明灰分可作为良好的农用肥料。
The powder is indicated having good conflagrant capability,and produces small pollution when it is burning. Experiment results show that the status of combustion in the firebox is the best when the primary flux of wind is about 25m^3/h and the minor one is about 0.08m^3/h. In the firebox, the powder is in suspend mainly when it is burning, the temperature of the firebox is above 1200℃ after conflagating 12 minutes. On the basis of analysing the ash, the burny production can be utilized to fertilize the farmland.
