摘要
用时域有限差分方法计算了一种类分形结构光子晶体的能带 数值计算结果表明 ,这种结构的光子晶体在介质柱、空气背景的情况下具有不完全带隙 而且 ,其能带结构随着级数的增大在整体地趋向于低频的同时 。
A kind of quasi-fractal photonic crystal is given in this paper. The structure of the photonic crystal is made from the Sierpinski carpet. The photonic band is calculated by a finite-difference time-domain method. The result shows that the photonic band declines to low frequency and trends toward stabilization as the fractal series increasing in the case of the medium pillar in the air , but it is opposite for the air pillar in medium. There are photonic band gaps for transverse magnetic wave in the photonic crystal, in which the pillar is medium.
