摘要
从事口腔种植学的医生必须对种植义齿修复后的并发症有较为全面的了解。种植义齿结构部件的损坏是种植义齿修复中常见的并发症之一，通常表现为种植体（骨内段）和中心螺丝的折断、固定螺丝的磨损与断裂、桥架断裂、人造牙和基托的磨损等现免。其原因多为材料疲劳、腐蚀、力不均、创伤、加工质量缺陷等。本文对上述种植义齿结构部件常见损坏现象的形成原因、临床表现、检查、处理和预防方法等作以简要介绍。
It is very important for the dentist Practising implant dentistry to process the knowledge in implant prosthetic complication. The damage of implant denture structure is one of the most common complications of implant denture. It may occur due to the fatigue and corrosion of the metal materials, trauma, unfavorable occlusal loading, manufacturing defects in the implant itself and superstructures et. al, and the result usually includes the fracture of implant(fixture) and abutment screw(cental screw), abrasion and fracture of occlusal screw (bridge screw, fastening screw), framework fracture, damage of artifical teeth and denture base, and so on. This article presented about the clinical manifestation, treatment and preventive method of the complication mentioned above.
