摘要
本文研究了影响薄膜原纤化的各种因素,认为让聚丙烯薄膜在适当的塑性条件下切割与开纤,效果较好。增加针密比增大开纤比对降低膜裂纤维单丝纤度更有效。
Factors influencing the fibrillation of PP film are described.The PP film is more easy to cut and split in suitable plasticization condition,as for reducing the mono-filament fineness of split fiber,the increase of needle density is more effective than fibrillation rate.
