摘要
文章介绍了可编程单总线数字式温度传感器DS18820的特点、结构以及其工作原理,同时给出了DS18820在温度测量中与HCS-51单片机的硬件接口和软件设计,最后用逻辑分析仪测试并验证了 DS18820的工作时序。
This paper introduces the characteristics, the structure and the principle of digital temperature sensor DS18B20. Meanwhile, the hardware interface and the software design are given between MCS-51 and DS18B20 in temperature measurement. Finally, the testing slots of DS18B20 are provided by using logic analyzer.
